GoodiePay
Payment processing

We needed payments. The big guys kept jerking us around.

We did not set out to become “payments people.” We needed payment processing for our own businesses, and every time we grew, the big processors made it painful: vague reviews, delayed money, expensive rates, and answers that never felt tied to the actual business. So we built our own gateway, kept the model lean, and now share it with businesses that would rather keep more of their money.

What it is
A leaner way to process payments.

GoodiePay is the payment gateway and processing relationship we wish existed when we were growing: lower cost, fewer vague answers, cleaner reporting, and a support path that understands the business using it.

Built from our own need

We needed processing for our own businesses first. The product came from actual friction, not a spreadsheet idea.

Less processor noise

Fewer mystery fees, fewer unnecessary service contracts, fewer vague answers when the account grows or changes.

Better economics

The model is intentionally lean so businesses can keep more of each sale instead of feeding a bloated processing stack.

Useful reporting

Deposits, fees, refunds, chargebacks, and channel activity should be understandable without a forensic accounting project.

What changes
The difference is not complicated.

Most processors make the relationship feel heavier than it needs to be. GoodiePay keeps the important pieces and strips away the parts that only seem to exist because everyone got used to them.

Typical processor experience
  • Rates that are hard to explain
  • Service contracts that outlive their usefulness
  • Support that starts from zero every time
  • Growth treated like a suspicious event
  • Reporting that finance has to clean up manually
GoodiePay posture
  • Lean pricing designed to save real money
  • Cleaner setup without unnecessary contract bloat
  • Account context when help is needed
  • Processing built around how the business actually sells
  • Deposits and fees that are easier to reconcile
What it handles
The payment layer for the business you already run.

GoodiePay is not trying to turn payments into a personality. It is here to move money, lower cost, keep reporting clean, and make support less painful when something needs attention.

Channels

Take payments where sales happen

Card-present, online checkout, mobile, invoice, keyed entry, recurring payments, pay links, and API-connected workflows.

Money

Deposits you can explain

Batch activity, deposits, fees, refunds, chargebacks, and exceptions presented in a way operators and finance can actually use.

Support

Help with account context

When something comes up, the answer should be tied to the account, the business, and the transaction history — not a generic queue.

Our Story
We built GoodiePay because we needed it ourselves.

We did not set out to become “payments people.” We needed payment processing for our own businesses, and every time we grew, the big processors made it painful: vague reviews, delayed money, expensive rates, unnecessary service contracts and answers that never felt tied to the actual business. So we built our own gateway, kept the model lean, and now share it with businesses that would rather keep more of their money.

Good fit

GoodiePay is for businesses that process enough volume to care.

If payments are a meaningful cost in your operation, GoodiePay is worth a conversation. We will look at what you are paying now, how you take payments, what is annoying, and whether our gateway can make the setup cleaner and less expensive.

Best forEstablished businesses, growing operators, multi-channel sales, restaurants, venues, ecommerce, mobile, invoice, and API workflows.
Less ideal forTiny accounts where processing cost is not meaningful yet, or businesses looking for a magic promise instead of a clean setup.
